Produced in a small, family-owned smokehouse in Ninilchik, Alaska, our lox is carefully handcrafted using locally caught Kenai and Kasilof River sockeye. Much of the fish is harvested within miles of the facility and processed the same day it’s caught, ensuring unmatched freshness and quality. Every step is done by hand, honoring traditional methods first developed in Cordova, Alaska.
