What makes our salmon so fresh and delicious?
Unlike most Alaskan salmon fisheries where boats may be out to sea for days before their catch makes it to a processor, our local small boat fisherman return to the harbor just hours after the fish are caught. We are able to meet them at the dock and our custom processors are able to fillet and Blast freeze the catch immediately to lock in freshness at it peak flavor.
Wild Alaskan salmon is some of the most sustainable seafood available. Alaskan fisheries are among the most well managed in the world, ensuring responsible harvests of salmon for all our future generations.
